I Policy Masters Affiliate Closure Policy

At I Policy Masters, we value our affiliate partnerships and strive to maintain mutually beneficial relationships. However, there may be instances where it becomes necessary to end an affiliate relationship. The following outlines our policy for the closure of affiliate accounts:

1. Performance Issues: Affiliates are expected to meet certain performance standards. Failure to generate leads, sales, or meet other specified goals may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement.
2. Policy Violations: Affiliates must adhere to all the guidelines and policies set forth by I Policy Masters. Any violation of these policies, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or misuse of promotional materials, will lead to immediate termination of the affiliate relationship.
3. Business Decisions: I Policy Masters reserves the right to terminate affiliate relationships at its discretion. This may include strategic business decisions such as changes in business models, focus areas, or marketing strategies.
4. Contractual Terms: Affiliate relationships are governed by contractual agreements. At the end of the contract period, unless both parties agree to renew, the affiliate relationship will be terminated.
5. Affiliate’s Decision: Affiliates may choose to end their participation in the I Policy Masters affiliate program at any time. A written notice of termination is required to be sent to our affiliate management team.

Upon closure of the affiliate account, any outstanding commissions will be paid out according to the terms of the agreement, provided there are no outstanding violations or disputes.
